About me
I come to psychotherapy with an unusual path: after earning a PhD in chemistry, I found my true calling not in the lab, but in the human experience — in our struggles, our longings, and our capacity to transform.
As a psychotherapist-in-training, I offer a grounded, compassionate presence to those who feel out of place, disenchanted, or unsure of how to move forward. Whether you're wrestling with anxiety, procrastination, imposter syndrome, or the aching sense of not belonging, I’m here to listen — deeply — and to help you reconnect with your own inner strength.
I draw inspiration from existential thought, Buddhist perspectives, and the quiet resilience found in small pleasures: a good meal, a quiet walk, a moment of genuine connection. My love of Japanese culture, anime, and literature often reminds me of the beauty in imperfection and the value of self-discovery through adversity.
I believe change is possible — not through force or pressure, but through the right conditions: honesty, safety, curiosity, and relationship. My role is to walk with you as a guide and companion, helping you uncover the self-knowledge, healing, and deep contentment that are already within you.
